Ambrian Capital plc received notification on the 2nd December 2008 from the Rule Family Trust informing the Company that on the 28th
November 2008, the Rule Family Trust acquired 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company at US$0.232 per share (or 15.5p per share at current
exchange rates).
Following the purchase of these shares, the Rule Family Trust now has an interest of 12,925,208 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 12.08% of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company.
