                    DIRECTORS DEALING AND DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Acquisitor Holdings Ltd ("Acquisitor Holdings" or "the Company") has today
received notification that, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust
PLC ("NASCIT"), in which Christopher Mills is interested, sold 4,300,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company and Christopher Mills sold 50,000 Ordinary shares
in the Company, together representing 8.9% of the Ordinary Share Capital of the
Company, on 1 June 2005 at a price of 31p. As a result of this sale neither
NASCIT nor Christopher Mills have an interest in any Ordinary Shares in the
Company.

Christopher Mills has also resigned as a director with immediate effect.

Commenting on the news, Chairman, John Radziwill, said: "I would like to thank
Christopher for supporting the Company since inception"
