GMAC LLC (GMAC); GMAC International Finance B.V; GMAC Australia LLC; General
Motors Acceptance Corporation of Canada, Limited; and GMAC Financial Services NZ
Limited have published a prospectus supplement dated April 12, 2007 to the base
prospectus dated September 29, 2006 in respect of their EUR 50,000,000,000 Euro
Medium Term Note Programme.
