The final terms dated 13 March 2024 (the
"Final Terms") have been
prepared in relation to the non-exempted offer of notes with ISIN
XS2662076541 series n°36 tranche n°1 (the "Notes") to be issued by Natixis
Structured Issuance SA and guaranteed by NATIXIS under its
Base Prospectus dated 25 July 2023 as so
supplemented. The Notes will be subject to admission to
trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, on or
around 21 May 2024 (the "Issue
Date") following the end of the offer period and
determination of the amount to be issued.
