CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

AT&T will host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, July 24th at 1:00 p.m.
EDT to provide an operational and financial briefing on AT&T Broadband, as a
follow-up to AT&T'S quarterly earnings release on Monday, July 23rd. Members of
