          Award International Holdings plc ("Award" or "the Company")

         Re Directorate and Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker


Following a Board meeting today, 10 January 2006, Edward Marlow and Vic Bussey
have resigned as Non Executive Chairman and Manging Director respectively of
Award with immediate effect.

The Company intends to appoint Alfred Henry Corporate Finance Ltd, to advise 
the Board during this period of restructuring.

At the same time Seymour Pierce have resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to
the Company with immediate effect.

The shares will remain suspended and further announcements will be made in due
course.
