                        BBI Holdings plc (the "Company")
                                Issue of Equity



The Company has applied to AIM for admission of 38,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p
each to be issued pursuant to an exercise of employee options to acquire
Ordinary Shares in the Company at 90p per share.  Admission is expected to
become effective on 14 January 2008.



The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue immediately following this
issuance will be 42,955,735.
