Trading Statement

The Board of BCA, UK and Europe's market leading digital and physical used vehicle marketplace and automotive services provider is pleased to announce the following trading statement.

We are pleased to confirm that the positive outlook reported in the Interim Results has continued during the second half of the financial year, with strong trading, contractual wins and customer long term commitments continuing. As a result the business has traded at the upper end of market expectations.

The Board is also pleased to announce that it has engaged advisors on the work-streams to be completed for its stated intention to move to the Premium segment of the Official List. This work is expected to be completed over the summer months with the move taking place before the end of the year.

BCA will announce its Preliminary full year results on the 27th June 2017.
