Barclays PLC has advised the Company that as at 3 July 2007, and as a result of
an acquisition of voting rights, it had an interest (through legal entities
Barclays Stockbrokers Limited and Gerrard Limited) in 7,445,605 shares,
representing 15.04 % of the total voting rights attaching to shares in the
Company.
