Posting of a Circular in relation to the cancellation of Share Premium Account,
          Share Buyback and Notice of General Meeting (the "Circular")


The Board has posted to shareholders the Circular containing a notice convening
a general meeting of shareholders at which resolutions will be proposed relating
to the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and to authorise the
Company to make market purchases of its shares. The general meeting is to take
place at 11.00 a.m. on 7 April 2008 and is to be held at 1 Jermyn Street, London
SW1Y 4UH.
