Investment Activity

Due to the limited cash position there has been no investment activity. In October 2010 ClickNow Holdings plc was acquired by The Weather Lottery plc, an AIM quoted company.

The Company continues to satisfy the test of being 70% invested in qualifying holdings and as at 30 November 2010 VCT qualifying holdings represented 76.42% of net assets by value.

Material Events and Transactions

Apart from the acquisition of ClickNow Holdings plc by the Weather Lottery plc there have been no material transactions. The valuation of Dateline Holdings plc has been written down as the company has very limited cash facilities.
