                             Directors Shareholding


The Company was informed on 24 May 2006 that on that date Mr. Clive Archer
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at
a price of #1.55 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr. Archer has a
beneficial interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
