                             Directors Shareholding

The Company has been informed today that Adam Hayes, Financial Director, has
Purchased 15,790 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 12.5p. His total 
holding is now 515,790 which represents 1.75% of the Company's issued share
capital.

David Piper, Director, has also purchased 39,792 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company at 12.5p. His total holding is now 654,250 which represents 2.22% of
the Company's issued share capital.
