Bupa Finance plc has today given notice to the holders of its GBP330 million callable subordinated perpetual guaranteed bonds issued in December 2004 ( the "Bonds") that it intends to redeem the Bonds in full on 16 September 2020, in accordance with Condition 5.3 (Redemption at the Issuer's Option) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds (as set out in the Offering Circular dated 15 December 2004).
