Belgravium Technologies plc ("the Company"), designers and manufacturers of
real-time data capture systems, announces that it was informed today that
Stephen Day, Non Executive Director, notified the Company of the purchase on the
same day of 100,000 ordinary shares at 12p each. Details of the share purchase
are as follows:
