                               Result of AGM and
                                 Trading Update
                                      and
                               Receipt of Orders


The Board of Belgravium Technologies plc ('Belgravium' or 'the Company'),
designers and manufacturers of real-time data capture systems, are pleased to
announce that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

During the formal proceedings, Chairman, John Kembery said:

"The first quarter of 2007 was in line with expectations, showing the improving
trend which developed throughout 2006.

"In addition, the Company has won various new contracts, including an order at
NOVO IVC to the value of #500,000 in two phases for Virgin Atlantic and through
our partner Tourvest in South Africa.

"All divisions have exciting new prospects in the course of development and we
are confident that the Group will continue to grow as expected."
