The Board of COBRA Holdings PLC ('COBRA') announces that today it has allotted 36,698 new COBRA shares at a price of 37.5p to various members of the Cobra Network.

COBRA operates a network of independent insurance brokers, some of whom were entitled to a profit share from business written in 2010. Certain members of the network have opted to take their profit share in COBRA shares rather than cash, leading to the allotment referred to above.

Application has been made to London Stock Exchange PLC for the admission of the 36,698 new COBRA shares to trading on AIM.

Following the issue of 36,698 new COBRA shares, COBRA has 36,374,276 shares in issue.
