As at the close of business on 30 April 2010, the unaudited net asset values per 
Share were as follows:

During April, the Company received EUR 1,592,876 worth of cash flow from its 
investments in equity (subordinated and income notes) securities of which an 
estimated EUR 1,173,156(1) has been allocated to Income. The Company has 
accrued, in the same period, an estimated EUR 110,324 in income from debt 
securities and cash investments. Expenses during the period were EUR 123,985. As 
a result, the estimated Net Income available for distributions during the 
quarter is, as at 30 April 2010, EUR 1,159,494or EUR 0.00814  per EUR Share and 
USD 0.0108 per USD Share(2). 
 
The NAV change in the month includes the payment of the interim dividend of 
0.0091 per Euro share and USD 0.0124 per USD share in respect of the quarterly 
period ended 31 March 2009. This dividend was paid on 29 April 2010.
