Information on Imminent Fundraising


The Company notes today's press speculation and confirms that it is in the
process of raising a minimum of #1.75m to meet the future funding requirements
of the Company.

This Capital raising is likely to be raised through the issue of new shares, and
accordingly, will require shareholder consent at an extraordinary general
meeting of the Company.
