ChoicesUK plc announces that David Sanders will be stepping down as
Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 June 2006.


Mr Sanders, age 62, who runs his own broadcasting consultancy, Sanders &
Partners, joined the Board of Home Entertainment Corporation PLC, in December
2004.


Anthony Skitt, Chief Executive, said:  "On behalf of the Board, I would like to
thank David for his valuable contribution, most recently in relation to the
re-branding of the group."
