                                 AGM STATEMENT



The Board of Claims People, the AIM quoted insurance claims facilities provider,
announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today,
all resolutions were duly passed.


John French, Chairman, provided the following statement:



"The first six months of 2007 have brought many beneficial changes to the Group.
The Board has a new Chief Executive in Geoff Somervail and Robert Mitchell of
Bluehone Investors LLP has joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director. This,
with the addition of new funding having been injected into the business,
positions your company well for future development.



"With the successful launch of two new operations, a claims-specific
recruitment agency and a motor collision investigation service, the Group now
has four divisions: Claims People, Adjusting, i-Team, Claims People Recruitment
and Motor Forensic. Investment in the two new divisions has impacted positively
on the Group performance, and new clients have been gained for all divisions.
Marketing expenditure has been increased.



"Whilst loss adjusting activity was quiet for most of the first six months,
additional activity triggered by the floods across England has provided a
platform for the second half of the year.



"i-Team had a good performance in the first six months and strong marketing is
introducing several new clients and many expressions of interest. Motor Forensic
has secured initial significant new accounts with further principals trialling
the service, with potential benefits impacting on the second six months of
trading. The outlook is positive with expansion of the division and further
clients.  Claims People Recruitment was launched and has started to secure new
business in the final two months of the period. The second half is expected to
see increased turnover, where the Board has noted a marked increase in the level
of activity, in light of the recent flooding that has affected parts of the U.K.



"Further opportunities are being evaluated and complementary acquisitions
considered. The Group continues to enjoy the support of a range of blue chip
clients and the overall profile of all activities has been significantly
improved in the market. With new clients in the insurance sector being gained by
each division, the future looks increasingly positive and the Board looks
forward to updating all shareholders on progress in due course."
