has resigned as a director of City & Merchant Group plc due to ill
health.  Richard has worked with Tim Lyle, CEO, since 1990 in a
number of different business activities and the Board would like to
thank him for his invaluable support over the years.  We wish Richard
and his wife Sandy the best as he fights his current illness.
