Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 21 December 2007 Ansbacher Trustees (Jersey)
Limited, trustees of the Clinphone Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), acquired
151,810 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 59.8234p per
share. Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Group are
potentially beneficially interested in these shares. Following this purchase the
EBT remains interested in 2,578,890 Ordinary Shares representing 3.88% of the
Company's issued share capital.
