                                 Results of AGM 
 
Chapelthorpe plc (the "Company") announce's that all of the resolutions proposed 
at the AGM of the Company held earlier today, were duly passed with the 
exception of those noted below. 
 
The Board withdrew Resolutions 3 and 5 relating to the reappointment of Tom 
Russell as Non-Executive Director, a position he held previously, and the 
reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditors 
respectively.
