Exercise of Options

ClearStream Technologies Group plc (AIM: CTN), announces that it has allotted 27,500 new ordinary shares of EUR 0.125 each ("New Ordinary Shares"), issued and allotted as a result of the exercise of options held by employees of the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that such Admission will occur at 8.00 am on 6 June 2011. Following Admission the total number of ordinary shares of EUR 0.125 each in issue will be 50,293,845 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
