Cybit received notification today that, on 11 September 2007, Mr Neil Johnson,
Chairman of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 55 pence
per share. Following this purchase Mr Johnson holds 646,600 shares representing
2.79 per cent. of the issued share capital.
