                                Change of Name 
 
Following the announcement dated 17 March 2010, the Board is pleased to 
announce that the Company's name has been changed from The Directors' Dealing 
Investment Trust plc to Stakeholders' Momentum Investment Trust PLC. 
 
The change of name has taken effect from 18 March 2010. The filing requirements 
in relation to the name change have now been completed and dealings under the 
Company's new name will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 22 March 2010. 
 
The Company's ticker and ISIN will remain unchanged (DDIT), however, the 
Company's new website address will be: www.stakeholdersmomentumit.co.uk
