Exercise of Warrants

The Company is pleased to announce that a total of 318,180 new ordinary shares have been subscribed for by T1PS Small Companies Growth Fund for consideration of GBP34,999.80 (the "Subscription"). The Subscription is in accordance with the Deferred Warrant instrument entered in to on 11 November 2010. This subscription was made at a price of GBP0.11 pence per share.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 318,180 new shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 13 February 2012.

Following this allotment the Company will have 71,100,401 shares in issue.
