Statement Concerning Rivington Street Holding plc ("RSH plc")

The Board of designcapital notes the announcement published by Rivington Street Holdings Plc, on June 8(th) 2012, concerning a letter of guarantee issued by T1ps Investment Management Limited ("TIMS") for the benefit of the Company on December 23(rd) 2011, and valid until December 31(st) 2012.

designcapital does not accept that this guarantee is not binding on TIMS, and confirms that it has not released TIMS from any of the obligations of the letter of guarantee.

T1ps Small Company Growth Fund, a fund managed by TIMS until end of May 2012, today holds 4.73% of our issued equity.
