DataLogic International Signs Agreement with Telegauge Systems to
Begin Worldwide Distribution of Panther Company to Launch New
Products in Q2 IRVINE, Calif., Mar. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
DataLogic International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI;Berlin
Stock Exchange: 779612), today announced that it has signed a
Distributor and Licensing Agreement with Telegauge Systems to begin
worldwide distribution of Panther. Telegauge is an international
provider of asset management systems. The Company will market both
DataLogic's GSM and CDMA products in North America as well as
abroad for applications ranging from vehicle and cargo tracking to
security control for the transportation industry. "We are pleased

in early next quarter. This will allow assets to be tracked
anywhere independent of the availability of cellular coverages such
as remote and rural areas or oceans. Furthermore, the Company will
offer a mobile display unit to work with Panther to provide a
two-way communication mechanism via text messaging. In addition to
tracking capabilities, drivers, transporters, and operators can now
receive dispatch instructions from their base stations as well as
sending pre-programmed or typed messages. DataLogic expects to make
