    ("YCO Deuxmil" or "the Company")

    Directorate change

    The Board of YCO Deuxmil announces that Laurence Milton, Chairman, has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 29
September 2008 to pursue other interests. Laurence will become a consultant to the Company for 12 months from that date.  

    Peter Jay, currently a non-executive director of the Company will become non-executive Chairman from 29 September 2008.

    Laurence Milton said, "I feel privileged to have been Chairman of the Company since its incorporation and to have helped it achieve its
recent merger with the YCO group of companies. I am delighted that whilst I will now pursue other interests the business will be in the
hands of a capable and motivated team."

    Neil Miller, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "I would like to thank Laurence for all his efforts which have been directed towards
building the presence, reputation and financial standing of the Company. We wish him all the very best in the future with his other business
interests."
