AGM Statement

DM, the direct marketing group specialising in customer recruitment and database management, held its Annual General Meeting today and all resolutions put were duly passed. Resolution 3 was not put as it was not relevant in the circumstances.

At the meeting, Chairman, Adrian Williams, made the following statement:

"In 2010 the Group performed well in difficult and uncertain market conditions. 2011 has started satisfactorily, although there is still little sign of market improvement.

An Appeal has been lodged following the Court Order that was made in the OFT case. We have succeeded in getting this expedited, but in the meantime we have reworked the Group's promotions to comply with the Order and are now testing consumer response to these amended promotions."
