   RESULTS OF TENDER OFFERS 
 
   The Boards of Downing Planned Exit VCT 6 plc and Downing Planned Exit 
VCT 7 plc announce the results of the Tender Offers launched on 27 
November 2013 as follows:

   The Directors of Downing Planned Exit 6 plc exercised their right to 
vary the terms of the Tender Offer and increased the maximum number of 
shares to be purchased by 15,702 shares to 3,087,899 shares. This 
enabled 100% of shares tendered to be purchased. 
 
   Tender proceeds are expected to be paid to participating shareholders on 
3 January 2014. 
 
   Following the purchase of the above shares under the Tender Offers, the 
number of shares in issue and voting rights of both companies is as 
follows: 
 
   Downing Planned Exit VCT 6 plc                5,616,842 Shares 
 
   Downing Planned Exit VCT 7 plc                6,075,039 Shares
