    Densitron Technologies Plc, the supplier of specialist display and related
electronic technologies, announces that it was informed on the 3rd January 2007
that Trafalgar Catalyst Fund and Trafalgar Recovery Fund under the
discretionary management of Trafalgar Asset Managers (TAM), each sold 225,000
ordinary shares in the Company and are now interested in 3,207,286 and
2,954,785 ordinary shares respectively, together representing in aggregate 9.53
per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
