The Directors of Densitron Technologies plc are pleased to report, that
following approval by the  Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 7
August 2007, the Company has now received an Order of Court approving the
Cancellation of its Share Premium Account.

 

The Directors are also delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Jan Gustav
Lennart Holmstr�m as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate
effect. Mr Holmstr�m is appointed under the terms of the loan from the
Company's largest shareholder, F�rvaltnings AB Bronsst�det, under which the
Company has agreed to appoint a nominated non-executive director. Mr Holmstrom
is 54 years old and the Managing Director of F�rvaltnings AB Browallia, a
subsidiary of F�rvaltnings AB Bronsst�det. He is an insurance professional and
brings a wealth of experience to the Company having worked for a number of
years in the Far East.

 

Mr Holmstr�m's current directorships are F�rvaltnings AB Browallia, Browallia
Holdings Limited and Somerset AB.

 

As required by Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, Mr Holmstr�m has been a director of
the following companies who have been placed into a procedure under the
Insolvency Act 1986:
