Holdings in Company

Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that
on 30th September 2008 BSG Capital Markets PCC Limited Cell L Da Vinci
Portfolio ("BSG") sold 5,000,000 non-voting participating preference shares of
US $0.01 each of the Company at a price of $1.01 per share. Prior to the sale
BSG had held 30,000,000 shares representing 25.50% of the Company. Following
the sale, BSG retains 25,000,000 shares, representing 24.19% of the Company.
