Jonathan Lander informed the Company today of his intention to resign from the 
Board of the Company on 16 November 2010. He also offered, and the Board 
accepted, his resignation as Chairman of the Group effective immediately. Martin 
Kiersnowski, a director of the Company has today been appointed by the Board as 
Chairman of the Company. 
 
 
Jonathan Lander said: 
 
"Following the sale of my shareholding on 5 November I feel it is no longer 
appropriate for me to remain as a director and Chairman of the Company. I am 
satisfied that the work we have done over the last six months to improve the 
Group balance sheet is substantially complete and provides a better platform to 
rebuild the Company for the future." 
 
 
Martin Kiersnowski, Chairman of the Company said: 
 
"I wish to thank Jonathan for his contribution to the Company and wish him well 
for the future. I will update shareholders in due course on both any new 
appointments to the Board and on any proposed future strategy."
