in respect of its ENERGY-BASE METALS (3) CELL (the "Cell")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wish to announce that in accordance with the Cell's Summary and Securities Note dated 2 September 2008 that upon redemption of all the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Cell (the "Shares") on 12 June 2014 the Shares admission to trading on the International Trade Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange Plc will be cancelled with effect from 7 a.m. on 13 June 2014.
