Eclipse VCT  4  plc  announces  that on  14  June  2007  the  Company
purchased for cancellation 29,119 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each at
a price of 97p per share.

The issued share capital  of the Company  is now 29,512,028  Ordinary
Shares.
