Suspension of Reclassified ZDP Shares

EW&PO Finance plc (the "Subsidiary") is to hold its Second Subsidiary General Meeting today at 10:00 a.m. in order to give effect to the Subsidiary liquidation, as set out in the circular published by the Subsidiary on 6 July 2016 (the "Circular").

In view of its liquidation, the Subsidiary announces that the listings of its Reclassified ZDP Shares of GBP1.00 each (ISINs: GB00BDC71N95 and GB00BDC71T57), which are traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, were suspended from 7:30 a.m. today. A further announcement will be made by the Subsidiary following the Second Subsidiary General Meeting later today.

Defined terms used in this announcement have the meanings given in the Circular unless the context otherwise requires.
