  EM Holding Corp.: agreement of a request for an extension to post its offer
                   document for Eidos Public Limited Company


Further to the cash offer for Eidos Public Limited Company ("Eidos") announced,
pursuant to rule 2.5 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, on 21 March 2005
by EM Holding Corp. ("EM Holding"), the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers has
agreed to a request from EM Holding for an extension until 26 April 2005 to post
its offer document for Eidos.
