Resignation of Non-Executive Director

LP Hill (AIM: LPH), the AIM listed uranium, thorium, base and precious metals and gemstones exploration and development company operating in Madagascar, announces that James Slade, a non-executive director of LP Hill, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect to pursue his other business interests.
