Director's Dealing

Emerging Market Minerals (AIM: EMM), the AIM quoted uranium, thorium, base and precious metals and gemstones exploration and development company operating in Madagascar, announces that it has today received notification that Matryoshka Ltd, a company wholly beneficially owned by Mr Martin Nicholls, Executive Chairman of the Company, was yesterday transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Emerging Market Minerals ("Ordinary Shares"), for nil consideration, from Almaretta Pty Ltd ("Almaretta"), an existing substantial shareholder in the Company, pursuant to a private arrangement between the parties.

Following this transaction, Mr Nicholls is interested in 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
