Possible share suspension

The Board of Enova Systems Inc notes the announcement on 28(th) November by Daniel Stewart Securities plc that Daniel Stewart & Co plc will cease to be a Nominated Adviser from the close of business on Friday 12(th) December 2014. The Company is unlikely to be able to appoint a new Nominated Adviser before this time and in which case, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, trading in Enova's shares will be suspended at 7.30 am on Monday 15(th) December 2014.
