    The Directors of EPIC Reconstruction Plc wish to announce that the NAV at 31st August 2008 was 51.62 pence per share. 

    This NAV is stated following a provision made for the payment of the final dividend of 3.24p per share approved by shareholders at the
annual general meeting on 18 July 2008 and payable on 31 December 2008.
