eServGlobal announces its latest IMS family of products.

February 13, 2007 - 3GSM World Congress, Barcelona - eServGlobal Limited (ASX:
ESV & LSE: ESG) today announced the launch of its IMS solutions family.

The eServGlobal IMS solutions family is a high-performance and highly scalable
multimedia session and event control along with intelligent routing system,
enabling fixed, mobile and triple play Service Providers to develop and market
next generation services and to ensure the continuity of their proven legacy
services after their subscribers' migration.

This product Family includes:

* An Innovative Online-Charging Solution that features an Industry
leading real-time charging solution which enables service continuation from TDM
to IMS networks, for a "3GPP OCS ready" solution.

* A Location-based services suite to allow users to benefit from price
reductions, promotions and sponsoring depending on their current location: e.g.
Home-Office Zone, Location-based charging, etc.

* A Convergent communication suite from voice, video, and SMS-MMS to IM;
including 3G video mail, living video avatars and mobile videoblog solutions.

* A presence unification solution to generalize presence information
across hybrid network environments, enabling operators to offer a unified
presence solution across 2G and 3G networks.

eServGlobal's comprehensive product portfolio enables operators to provide IMS
services alongside non-IMS legacy networks in the same unified environment. This
ensures a smooth transition to IMS over Next Generation and 3G networks by
providing Service Continuity and also New Service capabilities such as Presence.

Explaining the business advantages of the IMS Solution Family, Mr Laurent
Lafarge, eServGlobal's COO, said, "The challenge for a successful migration to
IMS is to encourage subscribers to use IMS services to achieve critical mass
faster, to maximize ROI and to drive new revenue streams. Service Providers need
a gradual transition to IMS networks, to ensure a smooth subscriber and service
