Essentially, the AIM listed full  service sports marketing and  media
group, announces  that  Richard  Battersby,  on  26  September  2008,
purchased 220,000  ordinary  shares  of  0.1p  each  in  the  company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9p.

As a consequence  of this purchase,  Richard Battersby's interest  in
the share  capital of  the company  is now  599,000 Ordinary  Shares,
representing approximately  0.3 per  cent.  of the  Company's  issued
share capital.
