Publication of Residual Net Asset Value per Share and HINT FAV per Share

The Board of The Establishment Investment Trust plc ("EIT"), in connection with the circular posted on 10 June 2019 (the "Circular"), is pleased to announce that the Residual Net Asset Value per Share for EIT was 222.105945 pence and the HINT FAV per Share for Henderson International Income Trust plc ("HINT") was 164.503807 pence, both as at 11:59 p.m. on 12 July 2019.

Shareholders that elected (or are deemed to have elected) for the HINT Option will receive 1.350157 new HINT Ordinary Shares for every EIT Ordinary Share held. New HINT Ordinary Shares are expected to be allotted and CREST accounts credited on 19 July 2019.

Shareholders that have elected for the Garraway Option will receive 2.22105945 Garraway Net Income Shares for every EIT Ordinary Share held. Garraway Net Income Shares are expected to be issued on 19 July 2019.

Shareholders that have elected (or are deemed to have elected) for the Cash Option can expect to receive approximately 222.105945 pence per Ordinary Share (rounded down to the nearest whole penny). In accordance with the Scheme, cheques are expected to be dispatched in respect of the Cash Option and CREST payments made to Shareholders during the week commencing 22 July 2019.

Fractional entitlements to HINT Ordinary Shares and Garraway Net Income Shares pursuant to the Scheme will not be issued and such entitlements will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. However, any balance of a Shareholder's entitlement to Garraway Net Income Shares remaining after such rounding down will be dealt with by the issue of smaller denomination shares each equivalent to one thousandth of a Garraway Net Income Share, in accordance with the terms of the Garraway Prospectus.
