              EUROTELECOM ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

The board of EuroTelecom Communications, Inc. (("EuroTelecom") trading on AIM
as ETMA; U.S. trading symbol EUTC) whose 'application linking' technology is
used to create the communications backbone for intelligent buildings,
announces that Dr Chris Sanger has been appointed to the board as
non-executive Director with immediate effect. Dr Sanger is Director e-Business
at the Ministry of Defence.
