       Establishment of film development fund with Live Network Holdings

Europe Vision, the AIM listed studio-to-screen European media company, announces
that it has agreed a joint venture with Live Network Holdings to establish a
film funding framework. Live Networks is a 25.10 per cent shareholder of Europe
Vision.

The fund will provide development assistance to the film industry for scripts,
pre-production and literature rights acquisitions. Europe Vision and Live
Network Holdings will each set aside Euro2.5m for the fund whose first project will
be a new film called 'Sebastian's Love' written by the Oscar-winning Lasse
Halstrom.

Projects will be funded upon unanimous agreement between the Company and Live
Network Holdings with the selection criteria focusing on mainstream English
language films with an international appeal.

Commenting on the fund Europe Vision's Chairman, David Lowe, said: "We are
delighted to announce the creation of this funding framework which will help
embryonic film projects to get off the ground. Europe Vision will gain
distribution rights as part of the funding arrangements, providing content for
the media network we are in the process of constructing and we hope to support
many excellent film projects in the future."

David Lowe has a wealth of experience in film funding and helping to make new
film projects viable. He has been involved with over 500 films and has had close
associations with industry leaders such as Steven Spielberg and Oliver Stone.
Titles with which David has been involved in their financial and production
engineering include Terminator, Amadeus, Platoon, Born on the Fourth of July,
Witness, Schindler's List, The Last Emperor, Ghostbusters, Ghandi and Dangerous
Liaisons among others.
